What are your dice made of and what’s the process?

All of our dice are made from epoxy resin and paint pigments to create the shapes and colors.  They may be a bit more expensive than mass-produced dice since they are handmade and the process is long and takes a lot of handwork. I spend 24-72h creating each set since I have to make them, let them process 24h and polish them by hand. Also, the process can be as unique and personal as you want it to be, since we also sell customized sets.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on how far you live from Spain. We ship nationally and internationally, but these costs are a bit more expensive.  Your charge will be calculated when you add your location in the shopping cart.

How soon will my dice arrive?

We estimate our dice take 2-3 business days to ship nationally and 6-10 business days internationally.

Refunds?

We offer different options for refunds. If your items have been lost or damaged during shipping, we will fully refund you. If you are unhappy with any of the products, we will refund you as long as you ship it back to me and pay for the shipping. We want to clarify that since all my dice are handmade it’s normal to find minimum imperfections. However, If you are still not happy with the result we can proceed with the refund.
